ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been successfully received.

SHIPPING TIMES

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by circumstances outside of Silent Sinner’s control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to Silent Sinner, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

TRACKING

When available, tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with the order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Silent Sinner is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier.

Silent Sinner may assist with contacting the carrier but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Silent Sinner.

PREORDERS

If a product is offered as a preorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page or checkout information.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, production, or shipping delays.

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock products, items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
