PURCHASE OPTIONS
Silent Sinner may offer different purchasing options depending on the product and availability, including:
- In-Stock Items — Products that are currently available and ready for processing.
- Limited Drops — Products released in limited quantities and available while supplies last.
- Preorders — Products purchased before the inventory is ready to ship.
- Restocks — Previously released products that become available again when additional inventory is received.

LIMITED QUANTITY PRODUCTS
Certain Silent Sinner products may be released in limited quantities.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available.
An item is not reserved until your order has been successfully submitted and payment has been authorized or completed.
PREORDERS
If a product is offered as a preorder, the estimated production or shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page when available.
Preorder dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, production, inventory, or shipping delays.
If a preorder is significantly delayed, Silent Sinner may provide customers with updated information and available options as appropriate.
PAYMENT
Payment is required according to the payment options presented at checkout.
Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, buy-now-pay-later services, or other payment methods supported by our ecommerce platform.
Payment providers may have their own terms and conditions.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation containing information about your purchase.
Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent Silent Sinner from cancelling an order when cancellation is necessary because of circumstances such as inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances permitted by law.
If Silent Sinner cancels an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMERS

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, production, or shipping, it may no longer be possible to cancel.

CANCELLATION OF PREORDERS
Preorder cancellation requests must be submitted before the preorder enters processing or production, where applicable.
Once production or fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.
Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS BY SILENT SINNER
Silent Sinner reserves the right to cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:
- Product availability errors
- Incorrect pricing
- Payment authorization problems
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Technical errors
- Inventory limitations
- Violations of applicable store policies
- Other circumstances permitted by law
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will issue an applicable refund to the original payment method.
DUPLICATE ORDERS

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel duplicate orders before they enter processing or fulfillment.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
